You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and 18 to place orders or book workshops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Orders and workshops

• Availability: Products and dates are subject to change without notice.
• Pricing: We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule workshops up to 72 hours in advance subject to availability.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier acceptance. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Workshop fees are refundable up to 7 days prior to the session unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, or infringe on our intellectual property.

8. Intellectual property

All content, including workshop materials and guides, is owned by Radiant Field Studio or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Craft outcomes vary by materials, environment, and user technique.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Field Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
